PHOENIX – The family of homicide victim Nicole Glass is suing the city of Phoenix, claiming she was a confidential informant the police department failed to protect.

Glass was found murdered in her home on Dec. 3, 2010.

Melissa Mason was also found murdered. The pair were found strangled to death in their Phoenix apartment. Mason was 8 weeks pregnant.
